Commercial projects are distinctive from home building or renovations but still reflect the vision and passion of the owner. Greater care is taken in working with the owners to identify an ideal location and offer consultation regarding what is possible in the space.
Keg Grove Brewing Company is an ideal example of this process. Jordan offered consultation services, reviewing a number of properties throughout Bloomington/Normal until this building and locations was identified and thoroughly vetted. According to the owners, Mike Hoff and Jeffrey Mroz, "Jordan's talents and insight inspired our design. We had an idea and he made it happen. We were thrilled with his willingness to repurpose old materials to create distinctive spaces in our brewery."
